Supervision Order
This is basically a three year sentence with various conditions attached
Surety
A person's undertaking to be liable for another's default or non-attendance at Court
Suspended Sentence
A custodial sentence which will not take effect unless there is a subsequent offence within a specified period
Swear
To make a solemn declaration to tell the truth
Sworn Statement
A written statement which is sworn and used as evidence
