As Content & PR Coordinator, I work within the marketing team and am responsible for maintaining the accuracy of Birkett Long's marketing content. My role also involves coordinating PR activities for the firm.
I joined Birkett Long because of the firm's excellent reputation and its positive impact on local communities.
Outside of work, I stay busy with all aspects of family life. I enjoy cooking and spend my spare time at home, keeping informed with the news, particularly on politics. I also like to keep up with sports, albeit from my sofa these days. In the evenings, I catch up on recommended books, TV shows, and movies - if they're getting great reviews, I'm eager to check them out.
I am a parent governor at a local primary school, which I enjoy. I also run Keep Colchester Cool, a platform that celebrates the city's diverse events and culture. Music has always been a big part of my life and having been a DJ and live music promoter for over 35 years, I like to stay updated on music and bands.
