I am a Paralegal in the Court of Protection and Inheritance Disputes team in the Colchester office. We specialise in Contentious Wills and Court of Protection work, including deputyship applications and representing clients in disputes relating to challenging wills on issues of validity, including testamentary capacity and issues with execution.
I enjoy that every day at the job is different and that there are always new opportunities to which I can apply my knowledge and expertise.
Before joining Birkett Long, I gained experience as a paralegal in another local law firm, working on Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters and handling deputyship matters.
When a role in the Court of Protection team opened up at Birkett Long, I jumped at the chance to work for firm with so much to offer and an excellent reputation across Essex and surrounding areas.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going on long walks and travelling to new places.
