Sophie Partridge

My specialist area of law is Residential Real Estate but that extends to much more than buying and selling property. I also deal with the following matters;

• Leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• First registrations and unregistered title of land
• New build transactions
• Property portfolios and financing requirements

I act professionally for clients and no matter what the transaction, I always ensure that they receive a high-quality service. I also try hard to minimise their stress! I love the moments when I’m able to call a client to tell them that they have exchanged contracts and confirm their move date, so that they can open a bottle and celebrate before they start to pack. 

When I have the chance, I enjoy networking and business development. In all honesty I wanted to be a family lawyer when I was a trainee, but property law turned out to be an area in which I excelled, and here we are!

I have two young children, a dog and a cat, so I have my hands full at home. Outside of being a mum and lawyer I enjoy travelling and am happiest when abroad. I also enjoy running and baking, often with help from my daughter. 

I am currently a committee member of The Grove Pre-School, which is a registered charity and pre-school in Stanway.
