At Birkett Long I’m one of the first points of contact for staff who have IT-related issues. This means that I provide support to all members of the firm and ensure they receive a friendly, enthusiastic and professional level of service. I also help with wider IT projects to improve the user experience over time.
I chose Birkett Long because from my very first contact with the firm I found everyone to be friendly and professional. Everyone here comes across as enjoying their job, and the firm has a reputation as a place where staff are valued and given the opportunity to grow and progress.
What I love most about what I do is being able to make a positive difference in people's days. I enjoy solving problems and being able to share my knowledge with the rest of the team.
My hobbies are Formula 1, FPV (aerial video), badminton and technology.
