Profile
In the HR & Learning & Development team, my team helps with the induction of new staff members, provides ongoing support, coaching, and training for existing staff, conducts new learning needs analyses for the business, devises and delivers training, evaluates that training, and reports back to the partners.
I enjoy leading the team, as it allows us to learn and design new areas of content and then help people get a better understanding of the systems and practices they use every day.
I joined Birkett Long because I wanted to join a forward-thinking firm with opportunities for staff development through our Learning Pathways.
I am a qualified Football Association coach. I also enjoy attending gigs, going for long walks, and spending time with my family.
