Office Team Leader

This is a unique opportunity, ideally for a 5+ year  Solicitor, who ideally has experience of developing and managing a team, to shape and drive success in our Basildon office. We would also consider a candidate with business development experience in the professional services arena.

The position is full-time and, there will be the opportunity for some working from home.

The office, strategically positioned just off the A127, is a 10-minute drive from Basildon railway station. This ensures easy access for clients and business partners, making it convenient for them to reach the office from Basildon, Southend, and the A127/A13/M25 corridors. The office is also positioned for a 35-minute commute to London (Fenchurch Street Station), further enhancing its accessibility.

The new office features a fantastic panoramic view, providing a spacious and inspiring environment for staff and visitors.

The successful candidate will be a current partner, senior associate or business development lead in the professional services arena with proven experience in leading and managing a team.

You will have the ability to lead and manage a professional services team, delivering excellent client and team communication skills, and able to demonstrate  a proven track record of success and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team. You will lead the office’s Business Development & Marketing initiatives (BDM), with support from the members of the team and our dedicated BDM  team.
