I work in the human resources and learning development team where I help with administration; new starters, anyone leaving the firm and recruitment of new people.
I wanted to work for Birkett Long because I was so impressed with what I learnt when I started to research the firm. I soon discovered that I admired the principles and ethics behind the business and this was reinforced by someone I knew who already worked at Birkett Long and had nothing but positive words to say about them.
I enjoy my job because the areas of work covered by the human resources department brings huge variety to my job role. I chose this career path because I want to gain more experience and pursue my interest in this area of business.
In my spare time, I love to spend time with family and friends, especially when shopping is involved! I also like to go to the gym and have a keen interest in swimming, which is something I've had from a young age.
