Profile
As an Associate Dispute Resolution Solicitor, I give clear, high quality and concise advice which is tailored to each individual client’s needs. I am friendly, approachable and will always strive to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients.
I specialise in property litigation acting for both landlords and tenants in both commercial and residential matters. My experience includes:
- Forfeiture of leases
- Residential possession claims
- Dilapidations claims
- Rent recovery
- Lease renewals, both opposed and unopposed
- Adverse possession claims
- Neighbour and boundary disputes
- Service charge disputes
In addition to property litigation, I also assist both commercial and private clients with contract disputes, debt recovery matters and professional negligence claims.
I spend my spare time taking part in charity runs, including half marathons and 5k races. I also attend the gym to take part in a variety of classes such as spin and body pump. I am also a keen swimmer.
