I specialise in sales and purchases of commercial properties, with particular emphasis on development land (including conditional sale contracts, option agreements, promotion agreements and s106 agreements.), security work acting independently for banks and lending institutions, and leases acting for both landlords and tenants, notably in the industrial, retail and office sectors. 

I find the work I undertake is challenging and transactions are rarely routine or repetitive. Many of my clients are long standing and I have become their trusted adviser.

In my free time I enjoy spending time walking and cycling. I also enjoy going to the gym and playing golf.
