The webinar covered two important topics: first, what you need to know when appealing the contents of an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP), addressing common questions such as how to prepare for such an appeal and what parts of an EHC plan can be appealed.

Second, the webinar provided a guide on how to protect assets and provide for your children’s needs, discussing how the use of trusts within wills can benefit families with children with additional needs.
