Preventing sexual harassment in the workplace training

The training covers introduces the legal definition of harassment, the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion and the importance of actively taking steps to stop sexual harassment (and other inappropriate behaviours) in the workplace.

The main focus of the session is practical approaches to being an ally.  

Examples are provided throughout, and attendees are encouraged to get involved and discuss their own experiences.

This training can be tailored to any mix of attendee: managers, supervisors and team leaders; non-management or leader level or a mix.

What is involved?

  • 1.5 hours training
  • an interactive session, using discussion and examples to aid effective learning and retention
  • a choice of delivery - in person or virtually
  • this can be customised to your organisation’s policies and procedures

What we want you to take from the training

The objective of the training is to ensure all attendees of any level take proactive steps confidently to stop any sexual harassment (or other inappropriate) behaviours and contribute positively to building an inclusive organisation.
