Within the myBL portals you will find useful templates and guidance to help you run your HR function effectively.
We currently offer three different packages:
- BLHR - this portal is for clients on our BLHR retainer scheme, who can access this portal for free. Here you will find templates and guides that will help you with day-to-day HR issues and keep up to date with COVID-19 guidance. As a BLHR client, you also have access to the 2 redundancy portals at no extra cost.
- Redundancy - fewer than 20 employees - this portal is for any employer that needs help with the redundancy process, where fewer than 20 employees are likely to be made redundant. In this portal you will find guides, templates and have access to advice from our employment lawyers.
- Redundancy - more than 20 employees - this portal is for any employer that needs help with the redundancy process, where more than 20 employees are likely to be made redundant. In this portal you will find guides, templates and have access to advice from our employment lawyers.
