Birkett Long expands Court of Protection and Inheritance Team

Essex-based law firm Birkett Long has announced the expansion of its Court of Protection and Inheritance Disputes (COPID) team.

The new team comprises three experienced solicitors, supported by a paralegal and a team assistant, who are dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services to clients. This expansion reflects the team's commitment to assisting clients in navigating complex matters related to court-appointed deputyships, mental capacity issues, and inheritance disputes.
