Birkett Long is delighted to announce the successful qualification of Emily Woloszczuk as a solicitor, marking the culmination of six years of studying, exams, and training.

Emily brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Before joining Birkett Long, Emily worked as a legal secretary in a criminal defence firm for nine years. She also dedicated three years to Maldon Citizens Advice, offering guidance on diverse topics such as benefits, debt, and housing.

Emily holds a Law Degree (LLB) from Anglia Ruskin University and has completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Law.

Reflecting on her journey, Emily shares, "I've always been fascinated by law, and now, after a lengthy period of studying and training, I'm excited to continue to put what I've learned into practice. It has been a challenging process, but having such a supportive and fantastic firm behind me has enabled me to push myself out of my comfort zone to learn and get involved in lots of new things. I very much look forward to what the future brings here at Birkett Long."

Emily's enthusiasm for advising clients and overcoming challenges is evident in her transition from being captivated by law at A-level to qualifying as a solicitor.

Birkett Long welcomes Emily to the Commercial Real Estate team, anticipating positive contributions and achievements in her role.
