Birkett Long LLP acted for R Andrews & E James on the sale of 34.24% of the shares of Fallow International Freight Limited a business based in South Essex.
David Wisbey, corporate finance lawyer and Birkett Long’s Chairman, led the team.
Mr Wisbey said: “our experience of dealing with cross-border transactions enabled us to assist the Fallow owners in tying up the investment by CWT Globelink, based in Singapore, in a tight timeframe".
