Award-winning blog for Essex law firm

The marketing team at Essex law firm Birkett Long is celebrating after the firm scooped a Bronze award in the Business Blog category at the Essex Digital Awards.

Associate and Marketing Manager Jennie Skingsley and her team attended the awards, held on 14 April at Colchester’s Weston Homes Stadium, and were excited to be chosen out of seven businesses in the category to receive the accolade. 

Jennie said:  “We are so pleased that our blog has been recognised by the Essex Digital Awards as it is such an important tool for Birkett Long and our clients. 

“We have been publishing items to our blog for seven years now. Anyone in the firm is welcome to write a post, whether it’s about legal issues, comments on current news stories or our work for organisations and charities in the community. They are written in a deliberate style so as to avoid being straightforward legal news reports – they have personality, are written in first person and often express an opinion. 

“This is the third year in a row that Birkett Long has been recognised at the Essex Digital Awards and we are extremely proud.”
